Sales Manager (Cranes)
Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Field based, ideally located in Scotland
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary: £45,000-£60,000 per annum depending on experience + Commission + Car Allowance or Car
My client currently seeks a Sales Manager to join their growing business on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for further developing the Crane hire customer base whilst also selling new Cranes where possible.
Example of responsibilities:
- Develop and promote strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing the correct solution
- Manage the sales process of the hire operations from quotation stage through to order confirmation
- Ensure optimal utilisation of Crane hire fleet
- Identify emerging markets and maximise new opportunities
- Targeting and securing used and new Crane sales
Experience/ Skills Required
- Proven sales experience is essential
- Experience within the Crane/Lifting industry would be advantageous
- UK driving license
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Must be flexible to travel to client meetings as and when required
- Excellent communication skills
