Sales Administrator

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Knutsford, Cheshire

Hours: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (Increases with length of service), Pension, Health Cash Plan, Personal Accident Insurance


My client is a market leader within the specialist engineering manufacturing industry. They are looking to hire a Sales Administrator. In this role you will work in partnership with the sales team and engineering team to accurately produce and present quotes to clients. This position as a Sales Administrator would include a number of responsibilities but are not limited to the below.
  • Collaborating with the sales and engineering team to create quotations for clients.
  • Consult with the purchasing department to investigate cost.
  • Helping the external sales force, distributors, and agents.
  • Supporting both internal and external customer visits.
  • Creating good relationships with clients to fulfil current and future requirements.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous administration experience within a sales function is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments in the company
  • Working to your own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Balancing high workload, whilst maintaining deadlines.
