Resident Liaison Officer
Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Leeds (travelling to various sites across Leeds)
Salary: £30,000p.a. + £3,000 car allowance + 25 Days (+bank holidays) + Employee Assistance Helpline and much more
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week Monday to Friday
My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their company on a permanent basis in and around Leeds.
My client is a building service engineering consultancy, utilising renewable technologies to help their clients achieve carbon reductions. This is done by specialising in energy and water efficiency.
The Role:
Responsibilities will include:
- Support residents throughout planned maintenance
- Acknowledge any special needs or situations of individuals residents
- Be the resident’s first point of contact
- Manage the complaints procedure so complaints are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Attend operational meetings where your contribution is crucial
- Address any queries or complaints in a timely manner
- Work with site managers to keep residents fully informed
- Keep records in line with company procedure to guarantee GDPR compliance
Experience/ skills required:
- Previous experience in high-level customer service to the public
- Experience within the construction industry and the housing sector
- Experience in scheduling domestic heating installations
- Effective complaints-handling skills
- Act sensitively towards the public and their queries
- Use computer systems to enter and process data
- Ability to work alone and as a part of a team therefore must be self-motivated
- Must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle
