Graduate Building Surveyor

Employment type: Permanent, full time

Location: Leicester

Salary: £26K – £30K (Experience Dependant)


Our client offers civil and structural engineering expertise, ground investigation, health and safety services and building surveying as well as other specialised services and consulting support.

Key Duties

  • Carrying out schedule of conditions
  • AutoCAD drafting
  • General technical support for all building surveying disciplines
  • Party wall surveying on a wide variety of projects
  • CDM commissions including acting as principal designer
  • Health & safety advisors to contractors
  • Assisting with asbestos surveys
  • Preparing construction management plans

Ideally you will have an RICS accredited building surveying degree, excellent communication skills and a determination to succeed.  A full driving licence and own transport is essential as some travel will be required.
