Forklift Truck Engineer
Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Kent (Field based)
Hours: 8am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 p.a. + Overtime + Company van. Overtime after 40 hours @ 1.5 and X2 Rate
Call out 1 in 4 weeks
We are currently working with a highly reputable materials handling equipment supplier, who are seeking a Forklift Truck Engineer to join their organisation, due to continued growth and demand. This is a permanent position based in the Kent area where you will be field based.
Responsibilities
The Senior Forklift Truck Engineer will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of forklift trucks and other material handling equipment on site. The Engineer will also carry out general servicing to the Forklift equipment.
Experience/ Skills Required
- Previous engineering experience with materials handling equipment and forklift trucks is essential.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and control systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK Driving License
