Electrical Jointing Supervisor
Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Midlands
Hours: 42.5 hours per week- Monday-Friday
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum + Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Health Cash-Plan, Life Assurance
The Role/Company
Due to continued growth, our client is currently looking for two Electrical Jointing Supervisors. One will be responsible for overseeing substation installations, connections & commissioning. You will also have responsibility for HV UG and OH line diversions associated with Schemes.
The second Supervisor role will have the day to day responsibility of LV & HV jointing works.

Example of Responsibilities:
- Auditing of jointers
- Supervising site teams
- Manager day to day operational, HR and HSQE tasks
- Assist with programming of works for Jointing Teams
- Ensuring Material Calls offs for Work Instructions are prepared and ready
Experience/ Skills Required
- Previous demonstrable experience as a Jointer
- Electrical background with IDNO or DNO preferred
- NRSWA and Electric SHEA preferred
- Health and safety aware
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to use computer
