Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Normanton 

Hours: 8 am – 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday (40 Hours per week)

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience + company benefits

Our client operating within the construction sector continues to grow at a rapid rate which has created a new requirement for an Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that prides itself on training and further development. You will be expected to provide support to the Operations Team.

Example of Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate as part of an administrative team.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant staff member.
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office to create and edit documents.
  • Carry out general office tasks such as photocopying, mailing, and filing.
  • Manage both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Aid in sourcing materials through procurement.
  • Provide office support to on-site staff.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for on-site staff to ensure safe and accurate work execution.
  • Generate and update weekly/monthly reports as needed.
Experience/ Skills Required:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Confident with speaking to customers over the phone.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office will be essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work within timescales.
  • Must be able to commute to Normanton on a daily basis.
