Administrator
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Bolton
Hours: 8 am – 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday (40 Hours per week)
Salary: £22,800 – £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience + company benefits

Our client operating within the construction sector continues to grow at a rapid rate which has created a new requirement for a Commercial Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that prides itself on training and further development. You will be expected to provide support to the Commercial Team.
Example of Responsibilities:
- Aid in maintaining records, schedules and trackers managed by the commercial team to support variations and document changes.
- Assist the commercial team in enforcing compliance with cost capture processes.
- Gather necessary information to create payment applications and maintain cost records.
- Issue invoices to clients and help the team in following up on debts.
- Help in supplying cost/commercial information.
- Support in managing subcontract accounts commercially.
- Establish and uphold professional working relationships with both internal and external customers.
Experience/ Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Some knowledge of commercial or financial decision making would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office will be essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within timescales.
- Must be able to commute to Bolton on a daily basis.
